I dunno - for an old dude taking up painting as a retirement hobby, I've seen worse.
Honestly the world would have been a better place if he could have been convinced to be a crummy painter instead of going into the "family business". So I'd like to encourage future Bushes to just go off and paint or act or whatever, instead of trying their hand at politics...
i'm in the camp thinking re-hab. seems they always try to focus folks on painting or writing or some expressive artform to exorcise the demon drink and drugs...

I read that he is in "an undisclosed location" I am assuming rehab or a mental health facility. Either way WE are stuck with the bill for this clown.

One of the Gawker posts said that he's got early onset dementia of some sort, thus the total lack of public appearances. That seems karmic somehow.
