Shouldn't we be focusing on the bad plan?

Bush and Company are desperate to ignore the increasing tally of soldiers dead and injured in Iraq that demonstrates how worthless any planning had been.

So, in order to confuse the public, Chimpy and Trusty are focusing attention on the fact that Kerry voted to give the president approval to prosecute a war against terrorism and most notably in recent days, the war in Iraq.

The media pundits are all going crazy saying that Kerry has fallen into a Bush trap. But come on, agreeing to give the president (or the pretender as the case may be) authority to conduct a war is different than supporting a plan (or a lack of a plan). But in this Lets-only-listen-to-what-the-rightwing-pundits-say media, once you are accused of something your explanation doesn't matter.

And the fact that a politician may understand that there are shades of grey doesn't matter either.
