Why Not Try a "Test Pattern" Chachi?

Finding that paying a washed up Snark seven figures is "old n' busted" and that a viewing audience comprised of his family and panelists is not working, the Dennis Miller Show is making a third, or fourth, revision as it plays out the string of his contract.

And the first order of business? Less politics as usual.

"I'm not a wonk," Miller told the Daily News during a jaunt to New York. "I don't want to talk about politics [the whole time]..."

And the reason for the change?

"He goes with his instincts," added Meyers. "And sometimes it's his political instinct and sometimes it's his comedic instinct. We're looking for a good mix."

I'm guessing the "survival" instinct is at work here.

May I suggest more silly outfits and props?
