This sounds like a great TLC reality series

The Republicans Montana Meth House!

The boxes landed in the office of Montana investigators in March 2011.

Found in a meth house in Colorado, they were somewhat of a mystery, holding files on 23 conservative candidates in state races in Montana. They were filled with candidate surveys and mailers that said they were paid for by campaigns, and fliers and bank records from outside spending groups. One folder was labeled “Montana $ Bomb.”

The documents pointed to one outside group pulling the candidates’ strings: a social welfare nonprofit called Western Tradition Partnership, or WTP.

Citizens United at work.

I wonder if WTP was ever called Western Tradition Fellowship...

The whys and wherefores of this will be interesting. Is a GOP operative also cooking meth? Is a front group in the West selling meth to fund its operations? Is some notable rich conservative responsible for both the political activity and the meth-making? Is this a franchise of a foreign operation?

Cops and prosecutors must be scratching their heads over this one.

This sounds like a drug money laundering operation, start a Pac or volunteer to an existing Pac begin funneling Pac money as required by the Pac. Pay your self out of the illegal funds.

As a Montanan, let me just say that this could get really interesting. It is worth noting that this group was already under investigation here because they should have registered as a PAC.

wonder how many people are actually getting the news now and paying any attention. the fox fools will be glued of course, i was thinking of REAL people who actually think!

hope the east coast gets a huge voter turnout.
bye bye rethugs. that whole party needs to be carefully rebuilt to be an effective and decent political partner in our nation again.
