I don't know - he sounds like he's pretty unstable. According to Wikipedia, "The Clapper can sometimes be triggered by coughing, a dog's bark or clapping that emanates from televisions and stereo speakers set at high volume, making it somewhat inconvenient for households with dogs and loud appliances."

Good plan, bringing on Ming the Merciless' little brother, another straight married republiKKKan male who prefers to have sex with men. Splendid choice. Full marks, One.

happy looking fellow... Is the goal to encourage communication / cooperation between the agencies he oversees with the implementation of the "fierce scowl"? Or is this his "happy face"...

Don't think he can be trusted, he obviously didn't listen to his mother's advice about making faces.

A former DIA officer described Clapper as, "...a man who is just a walking mass of ambition," and has been described by others as someone all too willing to politicize intelligence to please superiors.

I get the very strong feeling that Obama has been calling Bush for advice....
