For those of you who have not seen 'The Thick of It' you are missing perhaps the most scathing political parody since a George W. Bush press conference. This description of the business of leaking and spin from the main protagonist Malcolm Tucker applies across both sides of the Atlantic. And apparently, it was delivered by the actor Peter Capaldi without rehearsal.
