His strategy includes luring the president into appearing smug or evasive about his responsibility for the economy.i.e. "look at that black man appearing smarter than me"

No wonder his "mental well-being" is in peril. This Rmoney is not like you or me.
This is a cynical ploy to get the low information voter on board. They will vote away their Medicare for a catchphrase.
It's like their target demographic is Homer Simpson.
In my head I'm seeing/hearing a cross between Hank Kingsley heckler response at Larry Sanders' roast and George Costanza's jerk store line.
And if it all goes according to script, Andrea Mitchell will call it a win for Romney.
