So you can imagine my utter dismay when I saw this:

The May issue of Consumer Reports hits stands today. The magazine claims that Sharper Image's Professional Series Ionic Breeze Quadra SI737SNX, along with similar air purifiers produced by four other companies, release potentially harmful levels of ozone and fail to remove unwanted particles from the air.

You lied to me, you attractive red-headed minx!
