Great "patriotism" too, calling America "shallow" is short-hand for "God damn America" -- but at least Jeremiah Wright is a complex human being.
I guess in Brian Kilmeade's defense if anyone knows "shallow" it's the "Brown-haired guy that isn't Steve Doocy who's employer is FoxNews".
