In the first good ball-scratching in a few weeks, Condi Rice comes through in preventing further embarassment on the terror front (or so they think) to the Bush Administration.

The State Department decided to stop publishing an annual report on international terrorism after the government's top terrorism center concluded that there were more terrorist attacks in 2004 than in any year since 1985, the first year the publication covered.

Pretty obvious that Dear Leader and company do not want it demonstrated that their claim of "success" in the war on terror is fraudulent.
