A fitting Einstein Quote

For the Shafley family (see here), or most of the conservative movement would be:

"Common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by age eighteen."

The link goes to your home page. I assume that this post is in response to Andy Shafley and his Conservapedia* attack on the liberal fascist plot that is code named the Theory of Relativity.

Gravity is not explicitly mentioned in the Bible therefore it too cannot be anything but an islamocommie attempt to keep the righteous conservative white male down.

To quote the the greatest mind ever to occupy the office of the Vice Presidency:

"What a waste it is to lose one's mind. Or not to have a mind is being very wasteful. How true that is." - Dan Quayle

And on science:

"Mars is essentially in the same orbit... Mars is somewhat the same distance from the Sun, which is very important. We have seen pictures where there are canals, we believe, and water. If there is water, that means there is oxygen. If oxygen, that means we can breathe." - Dan Quayle, 8/11/89

*loud and boastful ignorance and stupididity are the bedrock of modern movement conservatism (now with more Bible-yumminess).

I believe the family's name is Schlafly, like the brewery / beer, not Shafley.

As a financial investor in the Bottleworks, lord knows how many pints I've put away, I can substantiate this. To the best of my knowledge though, I don't think there's a connection between the brewery and the dark side of the name.

I recommend the humus.
