White elephants in Burma are not really white, more pink, but are called white "hsin-phyu", or "hsin-phyu-daw" for royal white elephant, and are believed to be auspicious.

like a white buffalo. maybe it will change color 4 times and it will be burma again.
That elephant is as white as John Boehner, with many of the same orange undertones.
