I've know people who have been fired just weeks after starting a job, once the company checked a resume and found that the schools or other experience had been exaggerated, puffed up, made up... She'd better be hoping that she can collect wing-nut welfare or find a really solid wing-nut crony.

It all depends on what you mean by school, learning, education, etc.
Awards can be a part of buying an education. plenty of jerks with honorariums and honorarily de greed are out offending mankind and good sense.
