I nominate "Structural Unemployment", because we're gonna get reeeeeal sick of it really fast, really soon.
I can't think of a suitable replacement for "elites," simply because "self-entitled douchebags" can be more broadly applied than to just the elite.
Moreover, I think we do have to identify people who by virtue of money or the exercise of their money's power think they have the right to run the world for us, and "Monopoly Man So-and-So" is a bit cumbersome. :)
Lady Gaga.
Mmmmm
when can we ban sarah palin?
"Teachable moment."

If I hear/read 'false equivalency' one more time, I'm going to pull my memes out by the roots.
The sanctimonious, meaningless - "Thank you for all you do" has got to go.
In case you wonder if it has gone too far, my brother's wife emailed me such a 'thank you' when I recommended a Doctor to my brother, who was quite sick.
I want to scream when I hear "growing a business." I have been a small businessman most of my adult life and never thought of how I might"grow it."
Work your ass off to keep it going.

.....hmmm...maybe "Tea Party Candidate"? The primaries are over now and they are the face of the Republican party in a host of races. It's a convenient shorthand, but why not retire the phrase and call 'em what they are: Republican candidates for office. Let the big wheels of the Republican party live or die with O'Donnell and Angle as their candidate...
Anything from 'Olives and Arrows'
obamacare.
bob, that would be nice not to have to hear that name for a while.
another one i'm sick of hearing: enthusiasm gap.
voting is a duty, not an amusement ride.
another too often repeated phrase from the right: common sense. this how they describe their approach.
of course! teabaggers are the epitome of decency and rational common sense. conversely, this means the left are raving lunatics.
and the way the phrase gets wielded, boner sounds like a hypnotist activating sleeper zombies.
I want my country back.
Nothing but a cover for getting that black fellow out of office.
Anonymous,
I've heard plenty of liberals use that one, too. And not just during Bush II's term.
